Once the Provider accepts your request, kNEEBU allows you to reach them directly via phone call or LIVE chat within the platform. Whether you need the service providers right away (On Demand), or you want to schedule the job in future, you have the option to do so. kNEEBU tracks when the service starts, when it ends, and the provider is paid instantly, upon customers final approval of the invoice, everything via kNEEBU. Once the job is done, you rate the service provider with a single click, to let others know about your experience with that provider. kNEEBU makes it easy for you to repeat the same provider for recurring jobs (e.g.: weekly or bi-weekly lawn mowing, nurse or caregiver coming daily, nanny coming 3 times per week, snow removal whenever snow falls, etc.)
